The exclusive RCC system is based on the use of heat/steam generated during the wash/rinse cycle to pre-heat the water input into the machine. The system condenses the steam generated during the washing cycle ensuring an improved working environment and energy savings.
The heat pump is a machine which can transfer heat from a low-temperature body to a high-temperature body. This heat transfer allows you to obtain more energy than it uses for its operation, ensuring significant savings on electric consumption and an improvement in the quality of the work environment.

The HPRS system, which can be installed on our entire range of rack-conveyor dishwashers, allows you to adjust the required amount of water for rinsing based on the conveyor speed, ensuring significant savings in water, energy and detergent consumption (up to 30%!).
This exclusive system allows you to wash glasses, ice cream pans and kitchen utensils with fresh water at every cycle. This occurs in two phases:
Thus, it is possible to wash dishes with water that has been almost completely renewed and achieve washing results that are significantly better than those obtained with traditional machines.
To limit consumption, the water in the tank is reduced to a minimum and the water jets wash the glasses at a pressure that is 5 times higher than normal.
Reverse osmosis is the process which occurs between two solutions with different concentrations when molecules of water are forced to pass from the more concentrated solution to the less concentrated one. In this way, the water obtained is purified by 98% and can be used to wash glasses with visible results in the drying phase.
Reverse osmosis must always be combined with a BT (Break Tank) which ensures rinsing occurs at a constant temperature and pressure. The results are visibly improved compared to those obtained with traditional machines, which are affected by the variation in water temperature and pressure.
The softener is an essential accessory for treating hard water in order to eliminate traces of calcium and magnesium from within it and ensure excellent washing results. Hoonved has a complete range of automatic and volumetric softeners. Compared to traditional softeners that regenerate the water based on programming, with this type of softener, regeneration only occurs based on how much water is actually consumed. This results in significant savings in operating costs (lower energy and detergent consumption).
